Anesthesiologist Services for Pilgrim Psychiatric Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a five (5) year contract to procure Anesthesiologist Services for the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center located at 998 Crooked Hill Rd, Building 82, Brentwood, NY 11717. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate (BP) attached.

An Optional Site Visit with Dr. Azhar Khokhar is scheduled for Wednesday October 9, 2024 @ 10:00 AM. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office of the IFB by Wednesday October 16, 2024 by 3:00 PM.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Wednesday October 23, 2024.

Proposal Submission Due Date is Wednesday October 30, 2024 by 3:00 PM.

The Anticipated Contract term is January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2029.
