**Inclusion of MTR (Minimum Technical Requirements)
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit for anesthesia units (to include warranty, maintenance and training) for inclusion into the National Equipment Catalog in FY26. This is a DRAFT posting of the Request for Proposals (RFP) for anesthesia units at the national level. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to establish ID/IQ contracts. This solicitation will result in multiple awards. The ID/IQs will cover the entire nation. The contract performance period is for ten years, inclusive of a five-year base period and one, five-year option period.
Attached is the DRAFT RFP for your review and comments. Please submit questions or comments regarding this RFP no later than Close of Business (COB) 4:30PM EST on October 17, 2025.
NOTE: The Government is not seeking pricing at this time. Please do not include pricing in your response to this notice.
