The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, located at Hwy 491 N, Shiprock, New Mexico, has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide anesthesia oversight services. The contract's period of performance will be as follows:
- July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025
- January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026

The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00167 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by June 16, 2025. Evaluation factors may include the following:
