DCAMM Certification in General Building Construction and an Update Statement are required on this bid.

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid meeting and site visit will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet St., Andover, MA 01810.  Meet under the exterior awning of the first floor main entrance.

Bid Documents may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed to do business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid.
