The Town of Normal will receive sealed bids for the following:

Anderson Pool Bathhouse Quartz Floor Restoration

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ Anderson Pool Bathhouse Quartz Floor Restoration ” with the time and date of the opening, which will be Monday, August 25, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. prevailing time, at the Normal City Hall, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, Illinois 61761.

This Bid invites responses from a professional contractor to assist the Town of Normal Parks & Recreation Department with restoring the quartz aggregate floor surface in the bathhouse at the Anderson Aquatic Center located at 100 S. Maple Street.

Bid Documents may be found on the Town of Normal website at www.normal.org or from the office of the Town Clerk. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
