PROJECT: Andante Shared Use Path

DESCRIPTION:  Sealed bids for the construction of the Andante Shared Use Path will be received by the City of Sedona. The project is located along Andante Drive between SR-89A and Thunder Mountain Road. The scope of work for this contract is to construct a shared use pathway, and storm drain improvements with associated, grading, curb/gutter, pavement restoration, pavement marking and signing, and related work. The Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost is $3,679,735 for the base bid and $3,754,435 for the base bid plus all alternates.
