Notes	The project work consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, material delivery, transportation and all associated services for upgrading the existing fire alarm systems to provide a separate code compliant fire alarm system for each space (365 W. Centennial Pkwy and 375 W. Centennial Pkwy) with voice evacuation notification to monitor the fire sprinkler system and HVAC units. The Project shall be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed, which shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The estimated monetary range of the project is: $150,000 to $200,000.
