120, 124, and 136 S. Cherokee Road Roofing

The project consists of demolishing the roof down to the existing roof deck in three downtown spaces. The project requires bringing the roofs up to the current energy code and creating a new R25 roof system, RS01, with a new 5/8' gypson cover board, vapor barrier, and 4.5 inches of Polyiso continuous insulation, and a new TPO roof membrane. New tapered insulation will be used to slope the roof drains. There are some areas with significant water damage to the existing roof deck where structural has called out for a new 1/2 inch plywood to replace the damaged wood planks. Additionally, all existing roof skylights are proposed to be demolished and enclosed with new roof systems.
