Notice is hereby given that the City of North Little Rock’s Commerce Division will receive sealed bids until, Monday, December 30, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. on the following:
The City of North Little Rock is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified individuals/firms for economic development services, including: planning, marketing, and strategic advice and counsel regarding job recruitment, job development, job retention and job expansion; supervision and operation of city property used for economic purposes; and negotiation of contracts for the sale or lease of city property for economic development purposes.
Specifications and required bid forms may be secured from the City of North Little Rock, Commerce Division, 700 West 29th Street in North Little Rock or www.nlr.ar.gov . The right is reserved by the City of North Little Rock to reject any or all bids, in whole or part, or award items separately, or to waive informalities in bids received.
The City of North Little Rock encourages participation from MBE/DBE/WBE and SBA vendors.
