Project Description: The LEHIGH COUNTY AUTHORITY will receive sealed bids online for the 30” AND 36” EAST SIDE TRANSMISSION MAIN REPAIRS until 1:00 p.m., prevailing time, May 28, 2025 at which time they will be opened. Online sealed bids shall be submitted via the PennBid Program. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/
A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on May 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.. The pre-bid meeting will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams. Anyone interested in participating in the pre-bid meeting should contact Jessica Weron at jweron@gfnet.com to receive meeting participation instructions.
Please submit your request by close of business on May 12, 2025.
All Bidders must submit Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the Bid total.
