The City of Sedalia, Missouri is seeking proposals for the purchase and re-use of property owned by the City of Sedalia located at 414 and 416 East Chestnut Street. The property consists of two adjoining vacant lots, and the City would entertain separate or combined proposals.

414 E. Chestnut St. is approximately 0.2 acres (67×130 = 8,170 square feet) zoned R-1 Single Family Residential.

416 E. Chestnut St. is approximately 0.25 acres (85×130 = 11,050 square feet) zoned R-1 Single Family Residential.

The City desires to award and sell the property to the qualified applicant with the most favorable proposal for the property. The City reserves the right to place any necessary covenants on the property, based on the proposed usage described on the applicant’s Proposal.
