Notice of Intent to Enter Into a Single Source Contract and Request for Information and Capabilities for Operating and Maintaining the Biosolids Processing Facility

Project Description: The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County ("Authority") hereby provides notice of its intent to enter into a non-competitive single-source contract for the long-term operation, maintenance, biosolids product marketing, and related services associated with the Authority's Biosolids Processing Facility ("BPF") located at the Palm Beach Renewable Energy Park in West Palm Beach, Florida.
This notice serves as a formal request for information and capabilities from any prospective vendor that believes it possesses the qualifications, experience, staffing, technical expertise, and demonstrated operational capability necessary to provide services equivalent to those described in the Request for Information and Capabilities(RFIC) document . This RFIC is not a competitive solicitation and will not result in the award of a contract; instead, it will be utilized for the Authority to determine whether a single-source contract is appropriate.
