Place of Performance:
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 5330-01-660-7189 plain encased seal and 5330-01-663-0109 vert hinge pin seal . This solicitation is unrestricted. An indefinite quantity contract with a three year base period and 2 option years is anticipated. FOB Origin is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or about 3/20/2026. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The small business size standard is 600 and the NAICS code is 339991. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, surge & sustainment, and small business participation. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. Total duration shall not exceed five years. Based on market research the items are commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation. This acquisition involves a consolidation of requirements IAW FAR 7.107-2 and has been determined necessary and justified. The determination will be posted with the solicitation IAW 7.107-5(c).
