Place of Performance:
The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 2540011666396, 6650013179138, 6650014195954 and 6650015480297. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long-Term Contract with a three-year base and 2 options years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted with Full and Open Competition. The solicitation will be available on April 22, 2025 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedules will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirement is at Source.
All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and small business participation.
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio USA, has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified in accordance with FAR 7.107-2. The determination of such consolidation will be included with the publication of the solicitation SPE7LX25R0015. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about 4/22/2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
