OVERVIEW

The City of Norcross is seeking sealed competitive bids from qualified contractors for the demolition and replacement of an existing headwall located on Anamanda Close in Norcross, Georgia. All work must be completed in 90 days from when Notice to Proceed is issued and in accordance with industry specifications and standards.

INSTRUCTIONS

The bid package should be clearly marked “ITB PW 25-05 – ANAMANDA CLOSE HEADWALL

REPLACEMENT” on its face and submitted by 11:00 a.m. on February 28, 2025, to the address below. Please submit two printed copies and one electronic copy (USB) of your package to:
