NOTICE OF PROPOSAL

Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept proposals for an all-inclusive, reliable, and scalable phone system solution.

Proposals will be accepted by the OWNER on-line via Bonfire un l 12:00 PM (local me) on Friday, April 25, 2025. The OWNER anticipates to make the notice of award and contact the individual proposer with the decision on or a er Friday, May 9, 2025.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS to be executed by the winning CONTRACTOR may be obtained on or a er the date of the notice of award at the Springville City Offices, upstairs in the Community Development Office. These CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will include an agreement to be signed by both the CONTRACTOR and the OWNER prior to any work commencing. A PAYMENT BOND and PERFORMANCE BOND will be required by the winning CONTRACTOR and all necessary forms are also included in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.

All communication relative to the Project and any questions which PROPOSERs may have concerning the project shall be submitted online using the “Public Q&A” sec on via Bonfire. (Search for Ref. # RFP 2025-05)

The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all proposal; or to accept or reject the whole or any part of any proposal; or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the City.
