Amphitheater Concrete Additions

General work description:

The City of Florissant is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of a concrete dance pad in front of the newly constructed amphitheater, as well as a sidewalk leading to a handicap seating pad. The project must meet all applicable ADA requirements and local building codes. Please see attachments for bid document.

Key Components of the Project Include:

Dance Pad Installation:

Construction of a concrete pad suitable for public dancing and event use.

Proper grading, sub-base preparation, and drainage considerations.

Finish specifications appropriate for outdoor performance use.

Sidewalk Installation:

Construction of a concrete sidewalk connecting to an ADA-compliant handicap seating pad.

Grading and slope compliance per ADA guidelines.

Safe and durable finish for accessibility and pedestrian traffic.
