Work to include:

Remove and dispose of existing pavement, boardwalk decking, and tennis court as shown in the drawings. Install new curbing, pavement, shrubs, trees, metal edges, stairs, railings, walkways, tennis court, and boardwalks.

Install drainage and irrigation system.

All work must be completed by June 30, 2026.  The tennis court must be opened on April 30, 2026.
