Ammunitions and Trade-In

The City of Fitchburg invites sealed bids for the purchase of Police ammunitions as well as a trade-in of existing ammunitions. Bids will be received until November 19 ^th , 2024 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Procurement Officer, City Hall, 718 Main Street, Suite 208, Fitchburg, MA and at the designated time and place publicly opened and recorded.

This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30B, and any resulting contract will be strictly awarded in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids. The City reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the specifications.
