Argonne National Laboratory, in partnership with Purdue Zucrow Labs, is seeking a supplier to integrate various Argonne supplied components along with some designed/specified by the supplier to build an integrated ammonia preconditioner system. This preconditioner should be capable of harnessing waste heat from a gas turbine/combustor to partially crack incoming fuel to supply pressurized gases fuel, a mixture of ammonia, H2 and N2. The vendor will design, fabricate required components and finally integrate them to obtain the specified functionality. The final unit should be designed to facilitate utility connections and connecting to combustor exhaust. A human-machine-interface will have to be developed, preferably in LabView, to facilitate data acquisition and control by an operator situated in the control room.
*THIS EVALUATION WILL BE BASED UPON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE METHODOLOGY*
Please review the "Instructions for Offerors" documentation and ANL-70 Request for Quotation for all required documentation prior to returning an offers. Incomplete offers will be removed from further consideration.
Please provide any questions in a numbered format by 5:00pm CDT on August 15, 2026.
Thank you in advance for your partnership.
