See Section 01 10 01 “Summary of Work for Single Prime Contract” for a general description and the Technical Specification Sections for the specific descriptions. A general overview of the contract scope includes: All labor, tools, equipment, materials, temporary facilities and profit & overhead to remove the existing 300HP Sullair compressor and provide a new Frick Compressor.

Time is of the essence. Work shall be completed as per the Schedule of Important Dates and Times.

• Notice to Bidders: 03 April 2024

• Pre-Bid: On site at the MVH Ammonia Building 11 April 2024 at 10:00AM (Local Time)
• End of Questions: 18 April 2024 4:00PM (Local Time)
• Addendum*: 22 April 4:00PM (Local Time)
• Bids Due: 30 April 2024 at 1:00PM (Local Time)
• Substantial Completion: 120 Calendar Days from the Notice of Award

• Final Completion: 130 Calendar Days from the Notice of Award

*Latest targeted date of Addendum release. Owner may release Addendum prior or later if required.
