The purpose of this ammendment is to provide and answer to the Question that was received on Friday 1 Aug 2025

1. Clarificatrion: Several manufacturers of Class 6 legal-size drawer heads (e.g., Will-Burt, Hamilton) have advised that their replacement parts are specific to the original container’s serial number and manufacturer.

Question 1: Would it be possible to obtain the serial numbers or the original make/model of the Class 6 containers these drawer heads will be installed on?

Answer 1: Cabinets that are currently being used are Kaba Mas (KM) X10. Draw Head Part#416DH-G000 are currently being

used on the cabinets.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Class 6 Legal Size Drawer Head, no lock - Gray #416DH-G000 (Brand Name or Equal) to Gulfport, Mississippi. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The applicable NAICS code is 337214, and the small business size standard is 1100 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.

The solicitation number is #FA302025Q0082 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo RFQ” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, FA302025Q0082, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. The solicitation will close at 1:00PM CST on 5 August 2025.
