2025 American Rescue Plan Act Fund Consultant RFP

The Township is seeking a well-qualified, experienced firm to assist the Township in developing and administering the Township’s American Rescue Plan Act Funds, which includes the processing, verification and approval of grant applications.  The Township is providing details below concerning Program criteria and the contemplated services that will be requested by the successful contractor, however, the Township is relying upon the experience and knowledge of the contractor to specify the full extent of services that may be needed to develop and implement the Program.  Services to include, but not limited to, plan development, reporting, management and disbursements, of the Township’s ARPA LFRF allocation.
