The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue an award to American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Inc. (AIAA) 12700 Sunrise Valley DR STE 200 Reston, Virginia 20191-5807, on a sole source basis. This procurement is being conducted using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 supplemented as needed with FAR Part 13 for Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) procedures.
The requirement is for multiple physical site licenses for the following journals: AIAA Journals. AIAA International is the sole publisher and licensor of these titles.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued. However, interested vendors or contractors may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to Markia Anderson by email address markia.d.anderson@usace.army.mil no later than 4:00 PM EST on December 11, 2024. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The determination whether or not to compete this procurement is at the discretion of the Government. All communications in response to this notice must be in writing.
