The purpose of this Amendment 3 is to update POC email address for robin.hart@us.af.mil on Admentmet 3 Updated Attachment 6 COMBO and include updated Attachment 5 Specifications. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide Smoke Oil for Airshow at Sheppard AFB, Texas. The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

The applicable NAICS code is 324191, and the small business size standard is 900 employees. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.

CLIN 0002 Chevron Regal Smoke Oil or Equal for P-17 IAW Attachment 2 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Third Strike.pdf and Attachment 5 - Specifications.

CLIN 0003 Texaco Corvus or Equal Smoke for Extra 300 / SX and Mini Jet Airshows IAW Attachment 3 - OHAS 2024 NAF Smoke Oil Requirement.pdf. Attachments 5 Specifications.

CLIN 0004 is for 10 Empty 5 Pails and 10 labels of smoke oil Description for CLIN 0003 so that oil can be separated per Attachment 3.

All documents including the solicitation, all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments.
