Amendment 0001 - RFQ - 19KU2025Q0006 - Refurbishment of MSGQ Bathrooms & Restrooms

The purpose of this amendment to the solicitation is to:

1. Delete the paragraph pertaining the “Federal anti-discrimination laws in accordance with Acquisition Alert 25-07 found in page 47 in section “J” of the released RFP in its entirety, and incorporate the following provision clauses language in Section “G”:

“Certification Regarding Compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws”

2. Confirm by certification that contractor is not in violation with Executive Order 14173 Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity; and

3. Incorporate the provision Certification Regarding Compliance with applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws in Section G of the solicitation.

Offerors to complete the attached certification statement, signed and dated, to be returned along with the proposal.
