The purpose of this amendment is to:




  1. Answer questions received regarding the solicitation.

  2. Additional questions will be accepted until October 20, 2025, 12:00 PM PT.

  3. An amendment will be posted with all answers to any additional questions, if received, on October 21, 2025.

  4. Extend the date for quote submissions: all quotes due no later than October 22, 2025, 3:00 PM PT, to Contract Specialist Katharine Robert, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov.

  5. Update the Performance Work Statement to incorporate clarifications.
