Amendment No. 1 to Solicitation for Proposals for a New Concession Contract to Operate Lodging, Food and Beverage, Retail, Campground, and Related Visitor Services within Lake Chelan National Recreation Area

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued Amendment No. 1 to the solicitation for proposals to award a new ten (10) year concession contract to provide lodging, food and beverage, retail, campground, fuel, and other related services at Stehekin within Lake Chelan National Recreation Area.

Amendment No. 1 provides the responses to questions asked and other updates to relevant prospectus documents. The amendment and updated documents are all available on the NPS Commercial Services website (link provided below). All other information remains the same.

Any interested party intending to submit a proposal must submit a "Notice of Intent to Propose" as described in the Business Opportunity and Proposal Instructions, no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on March 21, 2025.

The NPS is ONLY accepting electronic proposals in response to this prospectus. Any proposal must be received electronically, no later than 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on April 18, 2025, in the format outlined in the Proposal Instructions, to be evaluated for award of the new concession contract.
