The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is requesting proposals for the delivery of firm load following electric supply services, including electric energy, ancillary services, ARR credits, PJM marginal losses, NJ Renewable Portfolio Standards, Transmission Enhancement Charge, FERC Order 745 charges, balancing congestion charges, RMR charges, and capacity and transmission services to the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) located at the Atlantic City International Airport, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
