Sealed inputs will be accepted at the office of Mr. Hudson E. Chandler, Purchasing Supervisor,
Columbia County School District, Business Department, 4781 Hereford Farm Road, Evans, GA
30809.
The CCSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid deemed most
advantageous to the Columbia County School District and to waive any informalities in bidding.

Request for Playground Equipment
Amendment 1, Request HC-01-09-25A to -25I
Proposals due no-later than December 18, 2:00pm at 4781 Hereford farm Road,
Evans GA 30809.
The CCSD will accept bids sent by email. Bidders are to consider emailed bids not received by
Hudson.Chandler@CCBOE.net, until responding email accepting receipt. Email greater than
18 megabytes exceed our size limit and cannot be received. Electronic Signatures will be
accepted on bids.
Vendors responsible for any permitting requirements.
PWE would like playground apparatus for ASD playground. Not a "ramp", but the ADA stairs
with slides and climbing.

The CCSD will be responsible for installation of engineered playground fill.
Vendors are to include the price for appropriate borders and their installation.
