Amendment 02 Addition of 2nd Site Visit 12905B24Q0049 - Parking Lot Sealing/Re-Striping Traffic Markings USDA-ARS Hilo HI

Amendment 02 - Adds one additional site visit scheduled for Tuesday, 26 March 2024 starting at 9:00am HST. The close for this requirement has been extended to Tuesday, 9 April 2024 at 5:00pm PDT.

Amendment 01 - Changes site visit date/time (see attached).

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Pacific West Area Office has a construction requirement for parking lot sealing and re-striping of traffic markings at USDA-ARS-PWA Daniel K. Inouye US Pac Basin, 64 Nowelo Street and 928 Stainback Highway, Hilo HI 97620. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00..

USDA will issue a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract.

The requirement will be 100% total set-aside for small business, under NAICS Code 237310 with a size standard of $45M.
