*Amended* Notice of Intent to Sole Source Local and Long-Distance Telecommunication Services (LTS)

Notice: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this notice until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this notice, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY intends to award a sole-source contract to Lumen Technologies Government solutions, Inc., 4250 N Fairfax Drive 4th floor Arlington, Virgina 22203-1665; CAGE: 1XWZ7, to provide services for local and long-distance telecommunication services. This requirement includes but is not limited to services to provide local access to the designated circuit demarcation points. Services shall include any equipment, wiring, or infrastructure to be compatible with the government current infrastructure. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Service.

The statutory authority which permits single-source for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C. § 3204(a)(1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1. It is the Government's intent to proceed with this sole-source action. The applicable NAICS code is 517111. The size standard as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration is 1,500 employees. The anticipated award date is 21 January 2025.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All responses received by 4:00 pm Mountain Time (MT) on 17 January 2025 will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
