Amendment #1
The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to: Modify the order of deliveries and clarify delivery date.
This IS a mandatory return amendment.
The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Maintenance & Operations, is soliciting bids for a one-time federally funded purchase of mastic and the rental of a Patcher 4 trailer to be delivered to Kodiak and Ketchikan.
Bidders may submit bids either electronically or in hard copy.
If submitting via U.S. Mail or Courier Delivery Service, bidders must submit the original hard copy of their bid in writing to the procurement officer in a sealed package.
