AMENDED ITB 2526H329 CRANE LIFT AND BOOM SERVICES WITH ANNUAL INSPECTIONS

Amendment # 1

The purpose of this Amendment #1 is to:

• Provide answers to questions received
• Include additional information regarding section 2.16 “Estimated Quantities.”
• Notify bidders that an amended ITB (version 2) has been posted. The amended ITB supersedes and replaces the original ITB and shall be used for all purposes

This is a mandatory return Amendment.

The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Program Management and Administration, is soliciting bids to perform annual inspections for crane and hoisting equipment at various locations in Alaska.

Bids must be received no later than 10:00 am Alaska Time on July 21, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted.

Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website. If you download the solicitation, you must register with the Procurement Officer listed below to receive subsequent amendments. Failure to contact the Procurement Officer may result in the rejection of your offer.
