AMEND PARK RECREATION CAMPUS - BILLINGS, MT
Langlas & Associates, Inc. ("Langlas") is seeking bids for qualified specialty foundation systems and site work as well as proposals for pre-engineered metal building supply and erection for the Amend Park Recreation Campus located in Billings, MT. Planned work generally includes the construction of approximately 57,000 SF of new indoor gym space along with supporting spaces, including all of the surrounding site work for both the Amend Park Recreation Center and the new Ice Arena.
FOR BIDS:
Separate sealed bids for Deep Foundation Systems and Sitework & Ditch Relocation for the construction of Amend Park Recreation Campus will be received by Langlas & Associates, 2685 Gabel Road, Billings, MT 59102 until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 13, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud.
No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of the Bids specified above. Payment and performance bonds may be required at the discretion of the Construction Manager and Owner. Refer to bid documents.
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids received, to waive informalities, to postpone the award of the contract for a period of not to exceed ninety (90) days, and to accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid which is in the best interest of the City of Billings Parks and Recreation.
Qualifications and Proposals for Pre-Engineered Metal Building and Erection will follow an evaluation against criteria specified within the Request for Qualifications and ProposÂals. Langlas intends to enter into a contract with the selected subcontractors that will include Preconstruction Phase Services as outlined within the General Requirements and Bid Packages, with provisions for adding Construction Services through acceptance of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by contract amendment. The amendment would include construction services through completion of the Project. Alternatively, Langlas may, at its sole discretion, choose not to continue the Contract beyond the completion of preconstruction activities and solicit bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the Project, in accordance with provisions set forth in the complete Bid Package document. This RFQ/P shall not commit Langlas to enter into any agreement, to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services. Langlas reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses received as a result of this Request if it is in the Project's best interest to do so.
