A Mandatory Pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00am (ET), December 06, 2024, at the City of Fernandina Beach City Hall, Commission Chambers, 204 Ash Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Pre-bid site meeting will be a requirement of this bid.
