The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, parts, shop supplies and waste disposal fees & freight to install parts listed below to repair unit 49124,  a 2019 AMCO AP150 VIN# 1C9C2A813KH913022


FMD will be responsible for transportation of units to vendor’s location within 50 miles of the Houston-Sugarland-Baytown metropolitan statistical area.


Vendor will supply against defects & workmanship with a 1-year unlimited warranty unless otherwise stated.

1.       Labor to replace INSPECT FOR REPAIR OF ENCLOSED PUMP PACKAGE

2.       Parts

a.       Sound attenuated enclosure, Quantity: 1

b.       Single axle trailer, Quantity: 1

c.       Engine control panel  Quantity: 1

d.       LED Lights w/wiring,  Quantity: 2

e.       Exhaust pipe gasket and rain cap, Quantity: 1

f.        Misc. hoses, bolts, paint, battery, 12 hr. labor, Quantity: 1

3.       TEST unit upon completion of steps 1 and 2 to confirm all is functioning properly.


New equipment only. Winning vendor will handle complete service, no sub-contractors
