AMC Spring Industry Preview (SIP) 2025: Forging the Future of Aeromedical Evacuation Operations:

Description:
Air Mobility Command (AMC) invites industry partners to the Spring Industry Preview (SIP) 2025, hosted at Travis Air Force Base, California, June 3-4, 2025. Under the theme "Forging the Future of Aeromedical Evacuation (AE) Operations," SIP 2025 is AMC's premier industry engagement event, fostering collaboration between the Department of Defense (DoD) and industry to directly support the warfighter. This year's event emphasizes advancements in AE capabilities. AMC's AE community will conduct live demonstrations showcasing areas in need of innovative solutions. The Industry Day is for informational purposes only to share known capability gaps. The Government is not soliciting or accepting offers/responses at this time as no funds are available.
Live Demonstrations (June 3-4, Travis AFB):
Eight live demonstrations will highlight four key operational areas within AE:
- Improved Communications in Austere Environments
- Data Management with Aircrew Integration
- Aeromedical Bus (AMBUS)/Litter Transport Vehicle Replacement
- Litter Stanchion Augmentation Set (LSAS) and Stanchion Litter System (SLS) Replacement/Optimization
Virtual Q&A Session
The Connectivity/PNT capability gaps will be addressed via virtual Q&A sessions hosted by AMC at a later date.
Focus Areas:
After the live demonstrations, AMC will be releasing RFIs across two critical areas at a future date which is to be determined:

Aeromedical Evacuation (AE): Four RFIs related to the live demonstrations at Travis AFB highlighting the four key operational areas within AE.
- Improved Communications in Austere Environments
- Data Management with Aircrew Integration
- AMBUS/Litter Transport Vehicle Replacement
- Litter Stanchion Augmentation Set (LSAS) and Stanchion Litter System Replacement/Optimization
- Logistics – No longer a focus area for 2025 Virtual SIP Q&A Session

Connectivity/Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT): Three RFIs related to the Virtual Q&A Session focusing on:
- Unified Federated Mission Display
- Software Applications for Enhanced Situational Awareness
- Rapidly Fieldable Alternative Navigation (and Timing) System for Large (Mobility) Aircraft in GPS-Degraded and GPS-Denied Environments
