Community Transit is establishing a continuous Qualified Vendor List (QVL) for On-Call Planning services. Vendors are invited to apply for placement on the list based on the format provided in this document. Vendors that demonstrate the ability to provide the services listed will be placed on the list for a period of up to five-years, with a five-year extension option, at the sole discretion of Community Transit.

As projects are identified, Vendors in the related category(ies) will be provided an opportunity to submit proposals for evaluation and award.

• Category A - Long and Short Range Planning, Fixed Route Transit System Analysis, Fleet Management , Planning, Development, and Evaluation
• Category B - Micro-Transit or Alternative Services System Analysis and Implementation
• Category C - Development and Adherence to Policies, Guidelines, and Standards
• Category D - Financial and Economic Analysis, Projections and Informational Development, System and Contract Life Cycle Costing, Benefit/Cost Analysis, Evaluations, and Auditing
• Category E - Data: Integration, Development and use; Process Improvement
• Category F - Surveying and Observational Research, Public/Customer Outreach
• Category G - Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Program Support
• Category H - Zero Emissions Program Support

For vendors already on the QVL but want to apply for category H - email your completed Form 7.03 for category H to: kristin.bruington@commtrans.org
