The Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) intends to establish a term contract with one (1) Contractor for a three (3) year term, commencing upon award of this solicitation. The contract will enable DARS to purchase physical, pre-loaded Amazon gift cards (hereinafter referred to as âGift Cardsâ) in $10 increments, up to a maximum of $700 per card. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing via email only to Iris Dean, iris.dean@dars.virginia.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on Monday 3/23/26.
