This decision is based on the unique capabilities and qualifications of D.C. Jaeger Corporation, the only source capable of meeting the requirements. Responses must be received in the VendorLink portal, www.myvendorlink.com, by Due Date and Time. Responses received after the Due Date and Time will not be accepted.
