Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Forestry, Fire, and State Lands
Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Cut and Pile Services on 230 acres in Summit County according to Attachment B- Scope of Work..
Mandatory Site Visit: NO.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost Per Acre
Project Performance Time: June 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
