The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Pit and vault toilet and tank pumping services at Fred Hayes State Park . .
Mandatory Site Visit:NO.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 Years.
