AM26-60 Upper Valley Cut and Pile Phase 2 (Pre-Qualified Contractors Only)

Participation in this solicitation is limited to prequalified contractors only. Do NOT submit if you are not on the current Pre-approved/Pre-qualified Vendor list.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Cut and Pile Services of 251 acres in Garfield County and Cut and Pile Services of 342 additional acres in Garfield County. (These acres will be awarded based on availability of funds.) See Attachment B for more information.
Mandatory Site Visit: NO.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Cost Per Acre
Project Performance Time: February 15, 2026 – November 30, 2026
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the project.
