Conducting Procurement Unit: Office of Energy Development
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Janitorial services for the Office of Energy Development in Orangeville, UT. Work as specified in Attachment B Scope of Work.
Mandatory Site Visit: Bidder must attend in person the MANDATORY SITE VISIT on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the San Rafael Research Lab located at: 800 N Coal Haul Rd, Orangeville, UT 84537. Any late vendors will be asked to leave.
2nd MANDATORY SITE VISIT on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the San Rafael Research Lab located at: 800 N Coal Haul Rd, Orangeville, UT 84537. Any late vendors will be asked to leave. (Vendors who already attended the Site Visit are not required to attend again)
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.

Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 Years.
