ALUMINUM HONECOMB PANEL SPECIFICATIONS



Quote on 21 panels as per drawing with the following specifications:




  1. Dimensions: 80” X 120” X 0.84” aluminum hexcell.

  2. Face sheets: 0.04” 5052 H32 Al (or equivalent).

  3. Core: ¼-300305.2D Al honeycomb (or equivalent).

  4. Adhesive: FPP SRV, temp rating -40 to 250F.

  5. Edge closure on long edges as indicated on print.

  6. Holes and internal blocks as indicated on print.

  7. Finish: Mill
