Other Comments:	The awarded contractor will be installing a new Notifier fire alarm system at the Alternative Sentencing Facility located at 3200 Airport Road in Boulder, Colorado. The contractor will provide all the necessary wiring, parts, and programming, and will also be responsible for calling in for inspections and providing as-built drawings. No substitutes will be accepted. Must coordinate with the GC. TLH Fire can do shop drawings once bid is determined. Must attend a kick off meeting – both upon project award, shop drawing expectations and before construction starts. Must attend mandatory RW observations/inspections. Must attend TLH Fire testing AFTER proof of pretesting is delivered. Field Modifications: Include Pricing For Field Changes In Bid, As Follows: Provide 5% Analog/Addressable Manual Stations Minimum 1. Provide 5% Of Each Type Of Automatic Smoke Or Heat Detector Minimum 1. Provide 5% Of Each Type Of Smoke Or Heat Detector Base Minimum 1. The awarded contractor will be installing a new Notifier fire alarm system at the Alternative

Sentencing Facility located at 3200 Airport Road in Boulder, Colorado. The contractor will

whole or in part, any terms or provisions of this proposal.

In order to afford the Bidders a reasonable time for taking into account a material amendment

(the materiality of which Boulder County in its own discretion may determine) or for any other

reason, Boulder County may, at its own discretion, extend the Close Date.
