This Request for Qualifications is for qualified legal firms to provide construction law services for the Cowlitz County Public Facilities District (CCPFD) located in Longview, Washington. CCPFD is seeking assistance with procurement and negotiation of agreement with Design/Build Firms for the Cowlitz County Event Center Master Plan projects.Â

Attorneys/Firms shall be licensed to practice law in the State of Washington, active and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association, and have at least 10 years of experience as a licensed attorney to be eligible for award of contract in response to this RFQ.

Questions regarding this RFP are due on April 1. 2025.

One (1) emailed PDF submittal is due no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, April 18, 2025.
