This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
Minnesota IT Services partnering with the MN Department of Public Safety (DPS) intend to enter into an agreement up to 24 month with Peraton Inc for continued use of AltaScan CardScan software and uninterrupted scanner maintenance which also includes help desk and help desk support.
The scanners are used to capture fingerprints for criminal and civil background checks. Due to the critical dependency the continued support for Minnesota’s criminal justice systems. Peraton Inc products and services are propriety and retain exclusive ownership right. Services provided by any other entity would void all agreements and warranties and for these reasons, the State believes this to be a sole source.
