Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract for the completion of the scope of work outlined in this RFP and the associated construction documents for the interior remodel at Sharon Elementary School.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Pre-Bid Conference
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Mountain Time. Please meet in the main front office. Sharon Elementary School 525 North 400 East Orem, Utah 84097.
Bidders must be early or on time, as the walk-through will be closed precisely at the listed time. THOSE EVEN ONE MINUTE LATE WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
Length of the Contract
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for the duration of this project. Construction is anticipated to begin upon award of the contract and to be substantially completed by August 1, 2026.
Background
ASD is renovating the currently closed Sharon Elementary to turn it into a dedicated school for students with special needs. The project involves upgrading classrooms, restrooms, and common areas. Detailed specifications can be found in the attached scope of work.
